Position Summary Marketing Specialist - Physician Onboarding & Provider Integration Join Orlando Health's Marketing & Communications team in a highly visible, project-focused role supporting the successful onboarding and integration of newly hired physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). This position serves as a key liaison between Marketing, Physician Recruitment, Practice Operations, and organizational leadership to ensure new providers are accurately represented across digital platforms and successfully launched into the organization. This role is fully onsite during the first 90 days of employment then transitions to a hybrid schedule with 1-2 days onsite per week and additional onsite presence as business needs require. Key Responsibilities: Partner closely with the Physician Recruitment team to support onboarding of newly hired physicians and APPs. Manage provider onboarding projects from initiation through completion, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met. Create and maintain provider bio cards and online provider profiles across Orlando Health digital platforms. Coordinate provider information updates, transfers, and practice changes while working directly with practice managers and operational leaders. Open, track, and manage requests related to provider onboarding, transfers, and digital presence updates. Work collaboratively with Marketing Managers and service line leaders to support provider marketing initiatives. Develop a strong understanding of Orlando Health service lines and provider specialties. Utilize Workfront and other project management tools to organize workload, track project status, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Assemble project stakeholders, coordinate meetings, gather resources, and facilitate communication throughout project lifecycles. Prepare project updates, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership regarding project status, timelines, risks, and outcomes. Execute multiple concurrent projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail. Maintain excellent working relationships with internal stakeholders and provide exceptional customer service. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, Advertising, or related field required. Two (2) years of marketing or communications-related experience in a corporate or agency setting, or two (2) years of experience in a business environment. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience using Workfront and/or other project management software.
