Marketing Specialist Project Management

Position Summary Supports the Marketing & Communications team by organizing and implementing marketing programs and projects that increase and improve the health system's awareness and reputation. Coordinates and oversees projects including development of collateral material and advertising campaigns; website updates; digital marketing, social media, video production; events and all other items that support the marketing needs of Orlando Health. What you will do Works with Marketing & Communications leadership to execute multiple marketing and communication projects with specific deadlines. Able to maintain challenging timelines while ensuring brand standards, quality and efficiency. Provides creative input on projects. Gathers information, materials and resources needed to implement key projects. Assembles and coordinates project teams including operations, finance, human resources, vendors and others to support marketing and communication initiatives. Prepares the background materials required and facilitates meetings. Ensures excellent customer service and successful working relationships with team members, customers, vendors and community leaders. Maintains records and reports necessary for the brand and content/communications director to keep executives and team members informed of activities. Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards. Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures. Works as a team with other professionals within Strategic Communications and Brand Marketing and other internal and external customers with special projects as needed and requested. Other duties as assigned. Ability and desire to work with a project management system. Qualifications Bachelor degree in business, communications, advertising, journalism or similar field. Two (2) years marketing or communications related experience either in a corporate or advertising agency setting or 2 years of experience in a business environment.
