Job Title Marketing Specialist Department MarketingReports To Senior Marketing DirectorPosition SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Marketing Specialist to support our work acquisition efforts by managing the end-to-end proposal process. This role is responsible for coordinating developing and producing high-quality responses to Requests for Proposals RFPs Requests for Qualifications RFQs and other client-facing marketing materials. The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing communications RFPtechnical writing and project coordination-preferably within the architecture engineering or construction industry.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning development and submission of RFPs RFQs and other proposal responses in collaboration with marketing estimating and operations teams.Coordinate internal proposal kickoff meetings and manage schedules to ensure on-time delivery.Write edit and format proposal content including executive summaries project descriptions team bios and other narrative sections.Customize marketing collateral to reflect client-specific requirements and win themes.Maintain and update a content library of standard company materials including project sheets resumes and boilerplate content.Utilize InDesign and other tools to ensure proposals are visually engaging and aligned with brand standards.Assist with presentations interview prep materials and other Marketing Support as needed.Monitor proposal results and support post-submission debriefs to improve future responses.QualificationsRequiredBachelors degree in Marketing Communications Journalism or related field3-5 years of experience in marketing or proposal coordination AEC industry preferredExcellent writing editing and proofreading skillsStrong organizational and project management abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint and Adobe InDesignPreferredExperience with CRM and proposal management toolsKnowledge of the construction industry terminology and procurement processesKey CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentClear communicator and collaborative team playerStrategic thinker with a client-focused mindsetYates Construction provides equal employment opportunities EEO to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race color religion sex national origin age disability or genetics.
