Responsibilities:

***The ideal candidate must be commutable to our Center City, MN or St. Paul, MN locations.***

 

As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll collaborate directly with marketing leadership, managers, and cross-functional business stakeholders to bring campaigns to life and drive measurable results.

 

You’ll support and lead marketing initiatives—coordinating complex campaigns, independently managing projects, and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. This role is highly collaborative and stakeholder-facing, requiring presenting ideas, incorporating feedback, and driving alignment across teams.  With guidance from marketing leaders, you’ll be empowered to explore new approaches, solve problems creatively, and make a meaningful impact on our brand and business outcomes.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years relevant experience in B2B or B2C marketing
  • Experience across digital and traditional marketing channels including but not limited to: print; email; social; website; SEO, and paid advertising
  • Strong measurement and analytical skills to prepare and create reporting for data collection and analysis
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Comfort leveraging AI tools in marketing campaign execution and administrative support
  • Self-starter, effective time management and ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns.
  • Excels at problem solving, approaching problems in multiple ways and calm under pressure
  • Technical proficiency and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing
  • Knowledge of graphic programs such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
