Job Description
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to maintain a consistent brand across all digital and print platforms.
- Develop and manage marketing materials, presentations, and digital content tailored to customers and partners.
- Coordinate industry tradeshows, conferences, and customer events from planning to post-event reporting.
- Manage internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, and success stories.
- Collaborate on digital campaigns, videos, and social media to drive engagement and awareness.
- Conduct marketing analytics and competitive research to support data-driven strategy and targeting.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Maintain website content and ensure alignment with corporate branding standards.
- Support Sales, Engineering, and Operations with presentations, proposals, and product launches.
- Manage visual asset libraries and assist with product documentation updates.
- Oversee industry association relationships and event participation.
- Assist in planning and coordinating internal meetings and team events.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field (internships may count for entry-level roles).
- 2+ years experience with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and campaign analytics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- College degree in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, Business Management, or comparable field.
- Knowledge of MS Office products, Word, and Excel
- Excellent communications skills, both written and oral
