This position is responsible for coordinating marketing and communications projects, supporting content development, maintaining digital communications channels, and assisting with the implementation of marketing initiatives across the organization. The Senior Marketing Specialist works closely with internal stakeholders to help ensure projects are completed on time, messaging is aligned with organizational goals, and communications are effective and audience-focused.

The ideal candidate combines strong writing, project coordination, and content development skills with the ability to analyze performance data, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend enhancements that strengthen audience engagement and marketing effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE

To perform this job successfully, an individual should possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field and demonstrate the following:

· 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, digital content management, or a related field

· Strong writing, editing, and content development skills, with experience creating audience-focused content across digital and print platforms

· Experience managing websites (WordPress), email marketing platforms (Mailchimp), and organizational social media channels

· Demonstrated ability to analyze website, email, and social media performance metrics and translate insights into recommendations that improve audience engagement, user experience, and content effectiveness

· Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, stakeholder requests, and cross-functional projects

· Ability to evaluate communications requests, identify audience needs and objectives, and recommend effective marketing and communications approaches

· Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

· Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools is a plus

· Experience working in nonprofits, managed care, community-based services, or organizations serving Medicare, Medicaid, or dual-eligible populations is preferred.

PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE & REPRESENTATION

This role represents Partners in Care Foundation in both internal and external settings, including virtual meetings, conferences, and partner-facing communications. The Senior Marketing Specialist is expected to maintain a professional appearance consistent with a business or business-casual environment.

Regular participation in video conferences is required. When attending Zoom or other virtual meetings, the individual must be camera-ready, which includes appropriate professional attire, a suitable background, and an overall presentation aligned with organizational standards. The ability to represent the organization with professionalism and discretion in all settings is required.
