Marketing Specialist Job Summary:


We are seeking an inventive, experienced marketing specialist to join our growing business. In this position, you will be responsible for  day-to-day operation and asset execution. The Marketing Specialist will manage all creative assets to ensure alignment with the sales and customer service groups. Exceptional communication and presentation skills are a must.

Marketing Specialist Duties and Responsibilities:

     

• Direct market to local insurance agencies/companies and area adjusters to develop brand awareness
• Implement marketing campaigns for brand building and lead generation, aligning with overall company goals and sales targets
• Help gather and analyze data to reach insights about brands, competitors, and trends
• Assist with managing all platforms of social media and creative content
• Coordinate public relations and outreach initiatives, including media releases, awards, company announcements, and speaker proposals
• Assist in overall monthly and campaign-level reporting of marketing KPI performance vs. goals.
• Plan, design, and develop effective presentations for internal and external use
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all marketing campaigns and materials are in compliance.
• Manage organization of strategy documents, creative assets, and meeting materials/agendas

Preferred skills and qualifications:

• Prior experience in marketing, business, or related field
• Experience in content development and website design
• Experience with relevant markets and trends
• Established media contacts

Salary Range $45K to $50K per year
