The Role: This position is responsible for the development and implementation of strategies that facilitate the sales process, ultimately contributing to increased revenue. Marketing is responsible for developing strategies and systems that drive sales.

What You'll Do:

• Report to the office daily to provide updates on progress, challenges, and future plans to the supervisor.
• Plan, produce, and manage marketing and promotional materials.
• Execute and analyze marketing-driven sales campaigns.
• Distribute successful case studies to customers through e-marketing and email campaigns (e-blasts).
• Manage the company website and optimize SEO through content creation.
• Monitor and manage company social media platforms and support recruitment/training processes.
• Go on business trips, accompany sales activities, and do market research in accordance with the supervisor’s instructions.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
• Ability to stand and/or sit for 8 hours a day or longer
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Coachable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Adobe tools
• Ability to effectively use Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other social media platforms
• Strong mathematical skills, including calculating yield rates, ratios, and cost accounting
• Knowledge of statistics is preferred
• Bachelor's degree
