Position Overview

The Marketing Specialist supports the Marketing Manager in planning and executing promotions and events. This role directly impacts player engagement, revenue-driving promotions, and the overall guest experience. The Specialist requires strong organization, accountability, and urgency to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest service. This role works closely with multiple departments, engages with players on the casino floor, and maintains accurate documentation and reporting in alignment with Caesars standards.

Success in this role will be measured by timely project execution, cleanliness of documentation, and event/promotion accuracy.

Core Responsibilities

Event & Promotion Execution

  • Assist the Marketing Manager with logistics for all promotions and events, including scheduling, staffing, ordering, and team training.

  • Ensure all promotions and events are properly staffed and implement contingency plans for system outages or unexpected issues.

  • Display all collateral materials before each event and recover materials afterward.

  • Conduct inventory counts on the casino floor and in the warehouse to maintain accurate asset tracking.

  • Obtain and scan all winner release forms; enter information into the appropriate tracking systems.

Guest & Department Interaction

  • Resolve player and cross‑department challenges through active communication on and off the casino floor.

  • Partner closely with hosts, slot operations, cage, table games, F&B, IT, Facilities, and Guest Services/Call Center teams to achieve marketing and company goals.

  • Meet, greet, and assist players during events, promotions, and while on the casino floor.

  • Support and maintain Caesars Courtesy Guidelines and deliver exceptional guest service.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Ensure all event and promotion-related documentation is properly completed, filed, and distributed to the appropriate departments.

  • Maintain accurate tracking of project inventories, expenditures, and operational details.

  • Complete all reports and expense submissions in a timely manner, consistent with Caesars guidelines.

  • Maintain project records, including tracking documents, post‑event analysis, and other documentation as assigned in an organized way.

Physical, Mental, and Environmental Demands

  • Must be able to work long hours, nights, and weekends when the job requires including holidays.

  • Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to a regulatory, departments, and company polices.

  • Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the casino, including in and around Pit areas.

  • Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, kneel, twist and grip items when necessary.

  • Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer, photocopy, and fax machine and a telephone.

  • Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guest problems in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

  • Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
