Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist to support demand generation and marketing initiatives. The role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels while supporting events, social media, and marketing communications.
The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation & Campaign Management

• Execute integrated demand generation campaigns to drive:
  • Lead acquisition
  • Lead nurturing
  • Lead conversion
• Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across paid channels, including:
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Demand base
  • Google Ads
  • Other paid media platforms
• Continuously improve campaign performance through:
  • A/B testing
  • Audience segmentation
  • Performance analysis

Content Development & Marketing Communications

• Create and manage marketing assets, including:
  • Social media posts
  • Digital advertisements
  • Email campaigns
  • Landing pages
  • Presentations
  • Print and digital marketing materials
• Develop marketing communications based on approved content and brand guidelines.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor campaign effectiveness and key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
  • Leads generated
  • Conversion rates
  • Engagement metrics
  • Return on Investment (ROI)
  • Pipeline contribution
• Prepare and present campaign performance reports and recommendations.

Project & Calendar Management

• Manage marketing calendars and schedules.
• Coordinate campaign execution across multiple channels and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives and projects.

Event Coordination

• Coordinate logistics for:
  • Trade shows
  • Conferences
  • Corporate events
  • Meetings
• Manage event-related activities, including:
  • Shipping
  • Printing materials
  • Promotional giveaways
  • Presentations and event support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 2 5 years of experience in:
  • Digital Marketing
  • Demand Generation
  • Integrated Marketing
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Demand base
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Ads
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong project management skills with the ability to:
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Work cross-functionally
  • Meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience writing marketing and advertising copy.
• Experience with design software, including:
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Adobe Illustrator
