Intern Title: Marketing Sponsorship Intern
Audience: Undergraduate Students Only

Position Summary
 
Credit One Bank is seeking a Sponsorship Intern who will play a key role in the execution and optimization of high-profile sponsorship campaigns. This intern will support the Sponsorship Lead in managing the day-to-day operations and coordinating alignment with internal teams and external partners, including the Vegas Golden Knights, the Las Vegas Raiders, the Las Vegas Aviators, and more. Responsibilities include gathering research and insights to enhance existing campaigns, identifying optimization opportunities, supporting creative refreshes, and assisting in the ideation and implementation of on-site and digital activations that build brand awareness.
Position Requirements: 
  • Undergraduate Junior (entering junior year) or Senior (must have one semester/quarter remaining).
  • Majoring in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Sports Management, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office suite tools.
  • Present in Las Vegas, NV, for the Summer Internship Program: June 8, 2026 – August 14, 2026 (10-weeks at 40 hours a week).
Summary of Essential Job Functions:
 
  • Drive the execution and day-to-day management of existing sponsorship campaigns, ensuring the seamless delivery of all contractual assets.
  • Conduct market research and performance insights to identify high-impact opportunities for campaign optimization.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by serving as a key liaison between internal teams and external sponsorship partners.
  • Contribute to the creative ideation of on-site and digital activations that amplify established brand campaigns and elevate brand awareness.

Program Goals and Objectives:
 
  • Master Sponsorship Contract Architecture: Gain a comprehensive understanding of sponsorship agreements and their associated assets. The intern will learn to navigate the complexities of various partnerships and distinguish between different levels of brand integration.
  • Analyze Industry and Competitive Trends: Conduct deep-dive research into sponsorship trends within the financial services category across the sports landscape. The intern will identify how brands show up in the space and develop strategies to help Credit One Bank stand out against competitors.
  • Conceptualize and Pitch Brand Activations: Develop a comprehensive brand activation concept for an existing sponsorship. The intern will learn to adopt a "fan-first" mindset while ensuring brand visibility, collaborating with Social Media and PR teams to drive cross-channel continuity and amplification.
