We are seeking a senior Product Strategy leader to help us grow and scale an innovative business intelligence solution that harnesses GenAI to catapult brand growth. We're looking for a strong business-led, technology savvy strategist with a product mindset who can build senior executive relationships and drive tangible growth outcomes. This role combines product strategy, product marketing and client success with responsibilities spanning pre-sales go-to-market, post-sale delivery and ongoing product evolution.

Responsibilities:

Go-to-Market

• Develop value propositions and business cases for executive-level buyers (CMO, COO, CDO, CFO)
• Build and deliver ROI frameworks and executive presentations for sales pursuits and quarterly business reviews
• Monitor competitive landscape and evolve product positioning to claim and maintain market leadership
• Brief sales, marketing and product teams on competitive position and displacement strategy

Client Success

• Manage a portfolio of strategic client relationships through post-sale implementation and value realization
• Monitor program health and resolve adoption risk
• Lead executive presentations and business reviews demonstrating platform ROI and identifying expansion opportunities
• Develop success stories, case studies and client references for use in scaling solution adoption

Product Strategy

• Collect, score and prioritize client feedback for product roadmap planning
• Identify product capability gaps and adjacent use case opportunities
• Partner with Product Development & Product Management teams to sequence roadmap priorities using account-level insights and competitive intelligence

Qualifications:

This role requires a strategic mindset and a mastery of the operational dynamics between various actors and components within a business ecosystem. The right leader will bring a balance of business, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills to define and coordinate a complex set of activities and people towards tangible outcomes.

Relevant Experience

• 15+ years' experience in product strategy, product marketing, product management, strategic planning and/or client success; preferably in consulting for enterprise marketing and business growth
• Experience working cross-functionally across product, sales, marketing and delivery teams
• Experience presenting to and influencing executive-level (C-suite) buyers
• Experience managing an account portfolio with retention and expansion accountability
• Experience applying innovation and design thinking methodologies to product or client engagements
• Experience with GenAI and agentic intelligence platforms, including practical application within enterprise software or client-facing solutions
• Proficiency with BI/analytics platforms and data-driven decision-making
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

Salary Range $178,090 - $240,900 a year
