Marketing Support Specialist
Location: Archdale, NC 27263
Pay: $21.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
Overview
The Marketing Support Specialist provides administrative and marketing support for events, product information management, marketing materials, and sample fulfillment. This role works closely with Product Managers and supports day-to-day marketing operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate trade shows, corporate events, and training activities.
- Maintain and update product information in the PIM system, company websites, and shared databases.
- Manage marketing materials and coordinate updates to brochures and documents.
- Process and fulfill product sample requests for customers and sales teams.
- Provide administrative and project support to Product Managers as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in marketing support, administrative support, or a similar coordination role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience using SAP and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented.
Preferred
- Experience with Workfront project management software.
- Marketing, business, or commercial operations experience.
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Marketing, Business, or Communications coursework or degree is a plus.
