Job Overview:
The Marketing Support Manager will play a critical role in supporting the marketing team by managing day-to-day operations, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing strategies. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Support the development and distribution of marketing materials, including digital and print assets.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve results.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain and update marketing databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in planning and organizing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing support or coordination role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay Range:$38hr - $40hr on w2
