About the Role:
As a Marketing Technology and Analytics Specialist, you will support the day-to-day administration, tracking implementation, and platform health of Enova's marketing technology stack. Working closely with marketing, analytics, and engineering teams, you will help maintain core MarTech platforms including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Optimizely, and Osano — ensuring accurate tracking, reliable platform operations, and properly governed deployments across channels. You will own tag management implementation, managing pixel and script deployments across brand properties and new channel launches. You will also contribute to AI-driven marketing initiatives, helping the team stay at the forefront of AI adoption in marketing analytics, personalization, and experimentation, while maintaining high data quality and enabling more data-driven customer experiences.
