Join DATAMARK as a Marketing Technology Engineer and contribute your expertise in a role where your impact truly matters!ResponsibilitiesThe Marketing Technology Engineer is responsible for owning and maintaining the Company website and marketing technology, ensuring technical stability, accurate tracking, and actionable insights across all digital channels. This role supports campaign performance, demand generation, and data-driven decision-making through close collaboration with marketing, sales, and technology partners while ensuring reliable measurement and optimization of digital experiences.RequirementsMonitor and maintain site health, including speed, responsiveness, accessibility, security, redirects, and structural integrityImplement and support technical SEO initiatives, ensuring metadata, indexing, schema, and internal linking are properly executedThe Marketing Technology Engineer will own analytics and tracking systems, including GA4, Tag Manager, dashboards, events, goals, UTMs, and attribution frameworksAnalyze user behavior and conversion performance to identify friction points and recommend improvementsSupport paid media and email campaigns by validating tracking, analyzing post-click behavior, and ensuring clean, reliable dataThe Marketing Technology Engineer will build email templates, schedule and deploy email campaigns, and maintain email marketing operations including QA, UTMs, segmentation inputs, and performance trackingManage marketing technology integrations and automations across CMS, CRM, analytics, ad platforms, and marketing systemsWorking knowledge of front-end web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience using web development tools such as Adobe DreamweaverStrong proficiency in website management, including CMS updates, page builds site structure, and ongoing technical maintenanceHands-on expertise with web analytics and tracking systems, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, dashboards, events, goals, UTMs, and attribution modelsAbility to monitor and maintain site health, including performance optimization mobile responsiveness, accessibility, redirects, and crawl issuesAnalytical skills to evaluate user behavior, identify conversion friction points, and recommend data-driven improvementsExperience supporting paid media and email campaigns through accurate tracking validation, post-click analysis, and performance diagnosticsEducation RequirementBachelor's degree in computer science, Web/Data Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or a related technical field.Field ExperienceAt least 5 years of experience in web analytics, website management, data analytics, or technical marketing environments.Position ExperienceAt least 3 years of experience specifically in a Web Analytics, Digital Analyst, or similar role.BenefitsComprehensive Health Care: Medical, dental, and vision plansRetirement Savings: 401k and IRA retirement plansLife Insurance: Basic, voluntary, and AD&D coverageTime Off: Paid time off, paid volunteer hours, and major holidaysDisability Coverage: Short-term and long-term disability plansProfessional Growth: Training and development to advance your careerWellness Resources: Support for your overall well-beingSalary: $65,000.00 Annually#J-18808-Ljbffr
