Marketing & Telecalling Associate / Office Coordinator

About the Role
We're looking for an energetic, organized, all-around team player to join our new branch in Ann Arbor . This role blends outbound calling, marketing support, and day-to-day office management.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to leads and prospects to qualify interest and schedule appointments
• Follow up on inbound inquiries via phone, email, and SMS
• Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in our CRM
• Support marketing campaigns - email sequences, social media posts, and promotional outreach
• Assist with data entry, lead list management, and reporting
• Support scheduling, calendar coordination, and light administrative task
• Help coordinate meetings, office events as needed

What We're Looking For

Strong verbal communication skills, confident and clear on the phone.

Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Freshers/entry-level candidates welcome - no prior experience required.

Must be able to work from our Ann Arbor office

Compensation

$15.00 - $17/hour to start, with performance-based raises for the right candidate
