Overview:

The Marketing Tradeshow and Event Manager leads the end-to-end strategy, planning, execution, and evaluation of professional tradeshows, conferences, and events. Serving as the subject matter expert, this role advises leadership on event selection aligned with organizational priorities, manages vendor contracts, logistics, budgets, and oversees all professional-facing events. This role partners with marketing teams to deliver impactful exhibit strategies, manages projects on time and on budget, and provides post-event analysis to measure return and inform future strategy. Requires strong project management, communication skills, and the ability to travel nationally based on event volume and organization need.

Job Description Summary:

Acts as a strategic counsel for defined areas across the hospital and develops and implements data-driven marketing and communication strategies, leveraging insights to execute and optimize campaigns.

Job Description:

Essential Functions:

  • Leads cross-functional marketing and communication teams with campaigns and special initiatives driven by service line business priorities.
  • Monitors and reports on campaign performance, identifying and tracking key performance metrics to measure the success of efforts.
  • Establishes trusted relationships across assigned areas as a strategic marketing counsel.
  • Makes recommendations for strategic optimization and adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders to compile, analyze, and interpret data. Ensures data integrity, security, and accessibility.
  • Participates in market and brand research to identify target audiences and develop strategies.
  • Stays up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing and communication strategies.

Education Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field, required.
