Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Oversee production of extra-small and small marketing projects, including cross-departmental communication and approvals
  • Develop (and update as necessary) detailed marketing production schedules for extra-small and small projects, as well as for medium, large and extra-large projects based on Marketing Managers’ milestone schedules
  • Trafficking: Ensure that assets and projects flow though Marketing processes according to schedule, including making all stakeholders are aware of their task due dates
  • Maintain Marketing Toolkit and oversee quarterly update process
  • Assist Marketing Strategy and Tactics team in completing administrative tasks

Minimum Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS), or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
