About the Role:
Unicon Systems in Tampa, FL is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Marketo Product Owner to join our growing team. In this role, you'll take the lead on shaping and optimizing our marketing automation strategy, bridging the gap between business goals and technical execution. Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the Marketo platform roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into actionable user stories
• Oversee the design, build, and optimization of Marketo programs including email campaigns, nurture workflows, and lead scoring
• Monitor platform performance, analyze campaign data, and deliver insights to drive continuous improvement
• Manage the Marketo product backlog, sprint planning, and release cycles in an Agile environment
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and best practices across all Marketo integrations, including CRM (Salesforce)
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert and go-to resource for Marketo capabilities and marketing automation strategy

Requirements:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Marketo as an administrator, product owner, or marketing operations specialist
• Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) certification strongly preferred
• Proven experience in Agile product ownership, including backlog management and sprint planning
• Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, demand generation, and marketing automation best practices
• Experience with CRM integrations, particularly Salesforce, and familiarity with marketing tech stacks
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams
