 NOW HIRING – Marking Table Operator - Baytown TX 

Advance Services is looking for a Marking Table operator for a manufacturing facility in the  Baytown area!
Join a fast-paced team where organization, accuracy, and teamwork keep operations moving! We are looking for dependable associates for Marking Table Operators: Responsible for inspecting and measuring incoming steel plates, identifying defects, verifying quality specifications, and accurately documenting and reporting inspection results. Requires strong attention to detail and knowledge of plate inspection techniques.

Monday-Friday
8:00am-4:30pm 

Pay: $18.00

Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills and the ability to accurately enter information.
Ability to operate measuring instruments.
Basic mathematical skills
High school diploma or GED
Previous quality inspection experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Understand and follow the M.S.S. (Mill Setup Sheet) and QSOP (Quality Standard Operating Procedure) for the applicable inspection station.
Measure steel plates according to the applicable QSOP and accurately enter measurements into the computer system.
Identify and report non-conforming plates to the Quality Supervisor.
Perform inspections accurately and consistently while following all applicable safety and quality requirements.
