The Opportunity:

  • CACI seeks an experienced Field Service Representative for the Defense Intelligence Agency’s (DIA’s) Machine-assisted Analytic Rapid-repository System (MARS) Program.
  • The MARS Field Service Representative plays a key role in helping DIA consumers successfully adopt and integrate MARS into their daily operations.
  • This position combines technical expertise, training ability, and workflow analysis to ensure consumers achieve mission needs.
  • Representatives work directly with users in their operational environments—observing how they work, identifying opportunities for efficiency, giving MARS demonstrations, and providing feedback to development teams to align with real-world needs.

Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate has a background in intelligence production or operations, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping teams transform how they work through technology.
  • The representative is responsible for a multiple-discipline skill set utilizing intelligence production and operational background to provide training and workflow integration while championing user adoption.
  • As the selected representative, you will facilitate the adoption and employment of the MARS program across the Intelligence Community by.
  • Providing MARS demonstrations to assigned personnel within the DIA, component commands, service intelligence production centers, and related service components.
  • Assist users with learning and utilizing the capabilities within MARS to support user adoption.
  • Assist with integrating and applying all fielded MARS capabilities to support user workflows.
  • Assist the government in identifying and mitigating capability gaps between MARS and the user base.

Qualifications:

  • Current, Top-Secret, clearance with the ability to receive Specialized Compartmented Information (SCI), and the ability to obtain and maintain a DIA Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
  • Experience supervising intelligence analysis.
  • Understanding of Combatant Command and Intelligence Community Structure and Processes.
  • Experience utilizing the DIA’s, Modern Integrated Data Base (MIDB), and familiarization with MARS.Desired:
  • Knowledge of the National Defense Strategy (NDS), National Intelligence Priority Framework (NIPF), Intelligence Community Directives, and applicable Executive Orders.
  • Experience working at a Combatant Command or Service Component
  • A minimum of eight years of experience conducting intelligence analyses with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
