Title I - Marshall Supplemental Teachers-Marshall's Magical Scholar Squad

Rationale

Identified students will be invited to participate in supplemental instruction after school in a small group setting focused on grade-level standards to support classroom and homework assignments during the 2026-2027 school year. The purpose of the supplemental instruction is to provide students who have not achieved grade-level proficiency in ELA and Math with targeted instructional strategies to support their academic growth. The Supplemental Instruction will focus on strategies utilized during classroom instruction that can be applied with support and then used independently used at home. Families will be provided with information regarding instructional strategies to build a strong relationship between school and home, while clearly communicating grade-level expectations.

Parents will be notified and sign off on an agreement allowing their students to receive small group instruction. This program is Title I SIA funded.

Program Date and Times:

Supplemental teachers will attend training/professional development/collegial meetings for a maximum of 4 hours between October 2026 - April 2027 at a rate of $30 per hour.

Teachers will provide up to 8 sessions per month per supplemental group.

Time Frame for Instruction: October 2026 - April 2027 Rate of Pay per ETEA contract:

• $35 per hour (1 student)
• $43 per hour (2 students)
• $46 per hour (3-5 students)
