Martial Arts Instructor

Knowles Karate Academy is seeking a passionate Martial Artists with experience teaching to join our vibrant team as an Assistant Martial Arts Instructor, with the potential to become a full time team member, to assist students in developing confidence through a healthy mind/body relationship. $30-$50/hr. Knowles Karate Academy is a family owned and operated studio and has been in business for over 10 years. We are seeking someone to join our diverse community who understands the rewards and responsibilities that come with teaching people of all ages. At Knowles Karate Academy we teach Tang Soo Do and sprinkle in some Jiu Jitsu. The perfect candidate would a black belt in Tang Soo Do, Soo Bahk Do or similar style of Martial Art and have experience with working with Neurodivergent and Neurotypical students. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to support experienced instructors in delivering engaging martial arts classes, fostering a safe and motivating environment as well as teach private lessons. Qualifications

• Posses a black belt in Tang Soo Do, Soo Bahk Do or similar style of Martial Art.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, teens, and adults.

• Ability to maintain a safe training environment, including knowledge of injury prevention and basic first aid.

• High level of professionalism, punctuality, and reliability, with strong classroom management and leadership skills.

• Prior experience as a martial arts instructor.
• \n
