What you will be doing
Prepare all food items according to recipe specification and in a timely matter.
Maintain a high quality of food production and presentation.
Maintain sanitary standards before, during, and after service.
Ensure proper inventory and station preparation.
Perform duties as assigned by Sous Chefs.
Position Requirements
Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food items.
Knowledge of proper cooking techniques.
Working knowledge of sauté, grill, fry, and poultry station.
Knowledge of proper stocks, sauces, meat fabrication, fish filleting, etc.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
