Join Our Team as a Block Machine Operator! We are looking for a skilled and dependable Block Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you’ll operate and maintain production equipment, ensure our masonry and hardscape products meet quality standards, and lead and mentor operator trainees. Things You’ll Do
Operate and adjust equipment, including mixers, block machines, and color dispensing systems.
Ensure all masonry and hardscape products meet company quality standards.
Maintain accurate production documentation, including daily production reports and maintenance logs.
Lead, train, and mentor a team of operator trainees.
Enforce safety standards and promote a clean, organized work environment.
Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on equipment.
Work closely with operators and supervisors to improve processes and maintain product quality.
Participate in team discussions to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Support the Plant Manager and supervisor and perform additional duties as needed.
Requirements
Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate and adjust equipment.
Strong teamwork skills and a self-driven work ethic.

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
