The Masonry Field Manager at BLAKLEY CORP is responsible for overseeing and managing masonry projects from inception to completion. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of masonry techniques to ensure projects are executed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the superintendent for masonry projects, ensuring all work is completed on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to align project objectives and expectations.
Supervise and lead masonry teams, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to safety standards and project specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
Manage project resources, including materials and equipment, to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process, maintaining open communication with all parties involved.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Required Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Education:
College degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Required Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a supervisory role within the masonry industry
Proven track record of successfully managing masonry projects from inception to completion
Experience in coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other construction professionals
Preferred Experience:
Hands-on experience with masonry techniques and materials
Experience working with large-scale commercial or industrial masonry projects
