Masonry Foreman

Luxor Staffing is hiring a Masonry Foreman. Weekly pay, possible overtime, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!

Job duties:

• Supervise masonry crews and daily operations
• Assign tasks and coordinate manpower
• Review plans and ensure work follows specifications
• Track production and quality standards
• Communicate with project managers and general contractors
• Ensure safety compliance
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment
• Train and develop crew members
• Complete daily reports and time tracking

Requirements:

• Prior masonry experience with leadership or supervisory experience highly preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret project specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of masonry methods, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to manage crews, schedules, and daily production.
• Commitment to safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Experience with daily reporting and timekeeping.
