A monthly rental fee for exclusive use of a treatment room
- Direct Compensation Model:
Receive compensation for every client you treat with no traditional rent obligation
A blended approach combining partial rent with treatment-based earnings, ideal for therapists building their schedule
All compensation structures are open to discussion to ensure the best fit for both the therapist and the wellness center.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to individual client needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand goals and concerns
- Uphold all licensing standards and ethical guidelines
- Keep accurate records of treatments and client progress
Qualifications
- Active and valid Massachusetts Massage Therapy License (required)
- Proven experience as a massage therapist
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
