Position Overview

As a Massage Therapist, you'll deliver exceptional massage and body treatments that exceed our high standards while creating a peaceful, rejuvenating experience for each guest. Your therapeutic skills will be showcased in a premier wellness setting where attention to detail and personalized care are paramount.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED with minimum 500 hours of massage therapist coursework
  • Three (3) years of professional massage therapy experience
  • Valid Colorado Massage Therapist License (required)
  • Proficiency in multiple modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Hot Stone, and Cupping

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly to our spa, setting the tone for their relaxation journey
  • Perform expert massage and body treatments including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Hot Stone, and Cupping
  • Conduct thorough pre-treatment consultations to understand client needs and preferences
  • Adapt techniques based on client feedback to ensure optimal comfort and results
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality and appropriate professional boundaries
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members to create seamless experiences
  • Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to our exacting standards
  • Contribute to the spa's success through teamwork and service excellence

Physical Requirements

  • Stamina to perform massage therapy throughout your shift
  • Ability to stand, sit, and bend for extended periods
  • Strength to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Manual dexterity for performing therapeutic techniques

Compensation

In addition to your base pay, you'll earn:

  • $40 Commission per service
  • $39 Service Fee per treatment
