Location Burr Ridge ILOpportunity Our Kohler Waters Spa team at Lincoln Park offers more than 50 innovative spa services using the healing properties of Earths mineral-rich waters and provides an oasis of tranquility in the heart of a bustling Windy City neighborhood.
Specific Responsibilities • Providing guests with professional therapeutic services using treatments such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology, and hydrotherapy. • Informing guests of available services, retail products, and amenities throughout the spa. • Communicating clearly with guests to gain a full understanding of their concerns and needs prior to every service. • Offering sincere suggestions for the guests benefit to enhance their total wellness and beauty. • Being knowledgeable of all products and providing customers with accurate information as it relates to your area of expertise.
Preparation of Services • Preparing a wellness card for each guest, starring products recommended for their home care.
Opportunities We have part-time opportunities available. Hours will vary between 8:30am and 8:00pm, weekdays, and 1 weekend a week is a requirement.
