Massage Therapist

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Provide high‑quality massage therapy sessions using a range of techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, sports, trigger point, hot stone, etc.) tailored to individual client needs.
• Conduct client consultations, intake assessments, maintain confidential session records, and offer personalized self‑care or stretching recommendations.
• Maintain a safe, calming, inclusive massage environment and ensure treatment rooms remain clean, stocked, and compliant with all health and safety protocols.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through professional, consistent service while educating clients on massage benefits within a holistic wellness framework.
• Collaborate with fitness, health coaching, and nutrition staff to support integrated care and assist in promoting massage services during wellness events or fairs.
• Support wellness program operations by assisting with setup, takedown, and smooth flow of classes, workshops, and special events, while maintaining organized program materials and calendars.
• Provide customer guidance for wellness services (massage, infrared sauna, red light therapy, etc.), track program participation, assist with promotional materials, and help uphold equipment cleaning standards.

 Here’s what you’ll need to be successful:

• Current Wisconsin Massage Therapy License (required)
• Graduate from a WI DSPS Approved School or a Nationally Accredited School
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Flexible schedule (evenings and weekends may be required based of client needs), hours vary depending on bookings.
• Administrative tasks for scheduling and marketing services

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year experience as a massage therapist
