Massage Therapist Spavia Lowry Town Center
Spavia Lowry Town Center is hiring part-time and full-time Licensed Massage Therapists. We are an independently owned and operated luxury day spa located in Denver, Colorado.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
Avg pay per 60-min massage: $52-$62 (includes gratuity)
Advanced services: Up to $80 for 80-100 min treatments
Steady schedule with loyal guests & members
W-2 position - We handle marketing, and supplies so you can focus on massage
Transparent Pay Structure - based on experience
Service - Length - Pay (incl. gratuity)
- Signature/Relaxation Massage - 60 min - $52-$56
- Advanced Deep Tissue/Sports/Salt Stone - 60 min - $57-$61
- Extended Modalities - 80 - 100 min - $63-$80
Most guests choose advanced/extended treatments
Average therapists gratuity: ~$22 included
Experienced therapists at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $70K-$75K+ annually
Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses
Schedule & Benefits

- 10-minute turnover between services
- Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60 minute massages

- Provide customized massages: Swedish, deep tissue, salt stone, prenatal, and more
- Recommend enhancements (such as cupping and cbd) & memberships to support guest wellness goals
- Keep your space clean, stocked, and ready
- Track guest progress with simple SOAP notes
