Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing and successful clinic. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping clients achieve their wellness goals and is skilled in delivering personalized, results-driven massage treatments.
As a Massage Therapist, you will tailor each session to meet the individual needs of your clients while working collaboratively with a holistic wellness team.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of massage and body treatment services
Customize treatment plans based on each client’s needs and health goals
Educate clients on available services, products, and the therapeutic benefits of regular massage therapy
Maintain accurate and complete client records for each session
Schedule, confirm, and cancel client appointments as needed
Build strong professional relationships with clients to support their long-term wellness goals
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment
Comply with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations
Qualifications
Current massage therapy license/certification and active liability insurance
Ability to perform:
Deep tissue massage
Swedish massage
Strong knowledge of human anatomy and the musculoskeletal system
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service skills and the ability to work one-on-one with clients effectively
High level of professionalism, ethics, and integrity
