Overview
PRN
Coordinates, evaluates and provides massage therapy to patients receiving hospice care.
Responsibilities
- Develops, coordinates and provides an organized massage therapy program.
- Provides massage therapy in alignment with the needs of the patient and physical limitations.
- Obtains orders from physician and develops a plan of care.
- Completes all documentation as required by the organization in compliance with legal, government, and accreditation requirements.
- Participates in Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement Activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
- Certified massage therapist from an established massage therapy institute.
- Licensed driver with reliable automobile which is insured in accordance with state law.
