Summary The Massage Therapist provides high-quality massage therapy services to members and their guests, delivering professional treatments tailored to individual needs. This role may assist with answering phone calls and responding to email inquiries regarding spa and fitness services, scheduling appointments, and coordinating service requests with members, guests, and Club staff. This position also helps maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment within the Fitness Centre and Spa, and is expected to arrive prepared to work at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointments and may work varied or irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events, to accommodate member and guest needs.
