The Opportunity
As a Licensed Massage Therapist at Spavia Belmar, you will have the opportunity to focus on what you do best: delivering exceptional bodywork that helps guests feel and live better. We handle the marketing, scheduling, and supplies, so you can devote your energy to your craft and your clients.

What You'll Do
- Deliver customized massage treatments, including Swedish, deep tissue, salt stone, prenatal, and other modalities aligned with guest needs and your skills.
- Incorporate and recommend enhancements, such as cupping and CBD, and introduce memberships to support each guest’s long-term wellness goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment room to ensure a relaxing, professional experience for every guest.
- Document each session using simple SOAP notes to track guest progress and personalize future treatments.
- Collaborate with a professional, kind, and growth-minded team to create a consistent, high-quality spa experience.
What Success Looks Like
- Build a steady base of repeat guests who request you by name and regularly book advanced or extended treatments.
- Consistently deliver on-time, high-quality sessions with smooth 10-minute turnovers and well-prepared treatment spaces.
- Effectively recommend appropriate enhancements and memberships, contributing to guest results and spa revenue.
- Actively participate in ongoing training, refine your techniques, and earn positive feedback from guests, teammates, and leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Active Massage Therapy license in the state of Colorado and a commitment to upholding professional standards.
- Experience and confidence in core modalities such as Swedish and deep tissue; interest in learning or expanding advanced techniques.
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset with strong communication and time management skills.
- A calm, caring presence and genuine passion for helping others relax, recover, and improve their overall well-being.
Compensation and Benefits
- Average pay per 60-minute massage: $50–$63 (including gratuity), with advanced 80–100 minute treatments up to $92; experienced therapists at 30 hours/week (80% scheduled) earn approximately $65,000–$75,000+ annually, plus extra pay from enhancements, retail sales, and bonuses.
- Benefits include continuing education credits, paid in-house training (CE hours), 401(k) with $1,000 per year match for full-time employees, employee discounts, flexible schedule, free massages, family and friends treatment discounts, and an employee referral program.
- W-2 employment, full-time or part-time, with a steady schedule and 10-minute turnover between services.
- Typical shifts are 5–6 hours, generally equivalent to four or five 60-minute massages, with weekend/evening availability preferred.
