About The Owners:
The NOW Long Beach is owned by a husband and wife team, who are both active in the business on a full-time basis. Jamie utilizes her sales and marketing expertise to ensure full books and a team-first culture, while Mike leverages his finance experience to handle the administrative side of the business. Jamie and Mike first learned about the NOW as guests back in 2016, and are proud to be building a top tier franchise organization of the brand they’ve loved for over a decade!

CA Pay Transparency Law: Expected base hourly compensation for this position is $16.90 per hour; note this rate is paid regardless of whether you are massaging or not. This rate is BEFORE any bonuses or tips (we pay one or more bonuses for each massage given and our suggested tip is $26 for a 50-min service; expected actual earnings while massaging is $48-$63/hour but may vary). Hired applicants will be classified as employees and receive a W-2.

Each NOW boutique uses canvas draping to separate therapy spaces creating an airy feeling that adds to the soothing atmosphere. Natural wood surfaces and exposed beams are coupled with sheep skins, cactus galleries and crystal grids. All the elements are aligned to form the ultimate zen environment for optimum relaxation.
With boutiques currently open from coast to coast and steady expansion on the horizon, The NOW is looking forward to bringing our thoughtfully crafted menu with customizable enhancements, healing products and singular design aesthetic to cities all over the United States.
