A Massage Therapist responsible for delivery of exceptional massage and body treatments. Must have good communication skills and exceptional customer service skills. Must also have appropriate certifications.

The hourly rate for this opportunity is $16.90 per hour + Commission, and Gratuity. This is the pay rate for this position at Ventana Big Sur, and Alila Resort reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factor including experience, and training levels.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
• Therapists are required to have a CAMTC Certification, License is preferred.
• 3 years of experience in a resort setting is preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, and holidays. Flexibility to cover shifts or switch days due to business needs
• Exquisite communication, and people skills
