What this looks like for you:
- Experienced LMTs (at 25 hours/week) earn $70,000-$80,000+ annually.
- Average Pay: $70-$80 per 60-minute massage (includes a high baseline gratuity averaging ~$33/service).
- Advanced Services: Earn up to $125 for 80-100 minute treatments.
- Guaranteed Tips: 100% of your tips belong to you.

- Support Guest Wellness: Connect with guests post-session to recommend care plans, helpful enhancements (like cupping or CBD), or memberships that genuinely support their healing journey. (No aggressive corporate sales tactics or high-pressure quotas--just authentic care).
- Maintain Your Workspace: Keep your treatment room clean, organized, and ready for your next guest.
- Easy Documentation: Track guest progress with our simple, streamlined SOAP notes.
