 Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a valued member of our wellness team, you will:

• Deliver customized massage treatments tailored to each client’s needs
• Perform modalities including:
  • Swedish Massage
  • Deep Tissue
  • Sports Massage
  • Reflexology
  • Hot Stone Therapy
• Conduct professional consultations to assess wellness goals and preferences
• Develop personalized treatment plans focused on relaxation, recovery, and therapeutic care
• Maintain a serene, clean, and welcoming treatment space
• Educate clients on wellness practices and post-treatment care
• Keep accurate and confidential treatment records
• Partner with wellness and hospitality staff to create an exceptional member experience

 What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Active Massage Therapy License / State Certification
• Strong client service and communication skills
• Professional, polished, and wellness-focused demeanor
• Passion for holistic health and therapeutic care

Preferred Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on massage therapy experience
• Experience with multiple massage modalities
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques
• CPR and First Aid Certification

 Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to:

• Stand, bend, and move throughout scheduled treatments
• Perform repetitive hands-on massage techniques
• Apply sustained therapeutic pressure when needed
• Lift or move equipment up to 25 lbs.

 Additional Requirements

• Active professional liability insurance
  (Employer must be listed as certificate holder)
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
• Any applicable specialty certifications
