Your Role and Responsibilities
- Deliver therapeutic massage treatments using various modalities
- Provide excellent guest service with a motivated and positive attitude
- Maintain a clean, welcoming service room to The NOW’s high standards
- Adapt to evening and weekend shifts to maximize earning potential
- Support the team culture with enthusiasm and professionalism
Qualifications
- Licensed Massage Therapist in Virginia with a valid, current license
- Knowledge and experience in Swedish and deep tissue massage; additional modalities a plus
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passionate about health, wellness, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
