Who We're Looking For

We're looking for therapists who care about individualized client care, professional standards and building a sustainable massage career.

Required:

• Current New York State license and registration to practice massage therapy, or other current New York State authorization that legally permits practice in the position
• Ability to provide massage therapy within New York State scope-of-practice requirements
• Commitment to professional, ethical and individualized client care
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation

Newly licensed and experienced massage therapists are encouraged to apply.

Benefits: Compensation & Professional Support Base service rate: $28 - $35 per completed 60-minute massage service, based on experience and qualifications. Gratuities, commissions and eligible bonuses are additional and are not included in the base service rate.  Additional compensation and benefits may include: - $300–$1,000 tiered sign-on bonus for eligible new hires regularly scheduled 12+ hours per week; amount and payment timing vary by scheduled-hours tier and program requirements.  - Client gratuities, in addition to base service compensation - 40% commission on qualifying enhancements - Paid in-house training and skill development - Monthly complimentary 60-minute massage or facial - Professional Expense Reimbursement Program - Employee referral bonus opportunities Legal Disclaimer: ©2024 Elements Therapeutic Massage, LLC (“ETM”).
