Position Summary We are seeking a licensed Massage Therapist with 1–3 years of clinical massage experience who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a medical, team-based setting. This role requires strong communication, proper documentation, and efficient room turnover between patients. Minimum Qualifications (Required)
Valid California Massage Therapy license (CAMTC compliant)
1–3 years of professional massage therapy experience
Ability to complete SOAP notes accurately and on time
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Lives local to West Los Angeles
Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting
Core Responsibilities
Provide therapeutic massage treatments per treatment plan
Complete SOAP notes for every session (no exceptions)
Communicate clearly with patients and clinical team
Turn over treatment rooms efficiently, including:
Cleaning and sanitizing the room
Resetting linens and supplies
Preparing the room for the next patient
Maintain professional clinical standards at all times
Support patient care continuity and clinic flow
Skills & Professional Expectations
Organized and time-aware
Can manage back-to-back appointments
Takes ownership of documentation and room readiness
Understands this is not a spa model
