Cruise Transmission & Auto Repair is seeking an experienced A-Level / Master Automotive Technician in Rochester Hills, MI, offering $45-$55/hour with $100,000-$115,000+ annual earning potential at 40 hours per week. This Monday-Friday position has no weekends and focuses on advanced diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, drivability, engine repair, and transmission work. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Perform advanced electrical troubleshooting and vehicle diagnostics
• Diagnose, repair, and replace transmissions
• Perform engine diagnostics and major mechanical repairs
• Handle complex repairs requiring advanced technical experience
• Complete general A-Level automotive repairs as needed
• Accurately identify vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate repairs
• Maintain a quality-focused approach to diagnosis and repair

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• A-Level or Master-level automotive repair capabilities
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Professional experience with drivability and major mechanical repairs
• Transmission experience strongly preferred
• Own professional automotive tools
• ASE certifications preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• $45-$55/hour based on experience
• $100,000-$115,000+ annual earning potential at 40 hours per week
• Weekly pay
• Signing/retention bonus up to $5,000
