AutoShop Recruiting has partnered with a growing, highly rated independent repair shop in Wylie, Texas, seeking an A-Level Master Automotive Technician who can accurately diagnose complex issues and turn productive hours.

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose complex engine, electrical, drivability, HVAC, and mechanical concerns
- Complete accurate testing before recommending repairs
- Perform advanced repairs efficiently and correctly
- Produce detailed digital vehicle inspections with photos and videos
- Document findings and communicate clearly with service advisors
- Mentor developing technicians and support quality control
- Maintain low comeback rates while consistently producing hours
What You Bring
- Proven A-level or master-level diagnostic experience
- Strong electrical and drivability troubleshooting skills
- Ability to diagnose—not guess or simply replace parts
- Experience with scan tools and repair platforms such as Tekmetric, ALLDATA, or Identifix
- Professional tools and a valid driver’s license
- ASE certifications preferred
Saturday availability is preferred, with a weekday off to maintain a five-day schedule.
