Compensation: $20–$40/hr + Bonus ($1,500–$7,000/month) + OT

Key Responsibilities
Review work orders with service advisors
Perform inspections and diagnostics
Estimate labor and parts
Complete repairs across major systems
Install parts and components
Document findings clearly
Required Qualifications
5–10 years experience (3–4 years considered)
Experience with domestic, Asian, and German vehicles
Strong electrical diagnostic ability (5–8+/10)
Experience with Identifix
Own tools (must provide value)
Valid driver's license
Experience with shop equipment
