About BMR NAPA Auto Care

BMR NAPA Auto Care is looking for an experienced Master Automotive Technician to join our Roseville team.

We service a wide variety of vehicles, including Domestic, Asian, and approximately 15% European makes. Our shop is designed to keep experienced technicians productive with steady workflow, modern equipment, dedicated work bays, and direct access to ownership when you need support.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Perform major engine and transmission repairs
• Diagnose complex vehicle issues across multiple makes and models
• Maintain high-quality workmanship with minimal comebacks
• Work independently while supporting the team when needed
• Deliver accurate, efficient repairs on every job

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional automotive technician experience
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Experience performing major engine and transmission repairs
• Ability to independently diagnose and complete complex repairs
• ASE Certifications are a plus but not required
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Compensation & Benefits
