YOUR ROLE:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles efficiently and accurately

• Perform advanced electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, and diagnostic repairs

• Conduct inspections and full-system evaluations

• Work closely with service advisors and management to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction

• Complete preventive maintenance services including brakes, suspension, tune-ups, and fluid services

• Maintain accurate repair documentation and follow all safety procedures

• Stay current with OEM technology, repair procedures, and evolving automotive systems

• Mentor and assist junior technicians when needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 4+ years of dealership or automotive technician experience

• OEM Certifications and/or ASE Certifications strongly preferred

• Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities

• Strong mechanical and electrical repair knowledge

• Experience with advanced scan tools and diagnostic equipment

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

• Must have your own tools

• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and reliability are mandatory
