Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma
  • 1 year working in Human Resources or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize including the ability to handle a high volume of work accurately and efficiently
  • Ability to be detail oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive information
  • Excellent human relations skills (the ability to work well with others and be a team player in a positive manner)
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office  - Word, Excel, Access
  • Basic skills in Outlook
  • Willingness to work extended hours including overtime, holidays, and Saturdays as needed to meet business needs​​​​​​​



Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Intermediate knowledge of various systems used within Publix such as MSS (Manager Self-Service), SAP, ViewStar, Host, AMS and other custom databases, etc.
  • One-year Publix experience working in Personnel, HR or an equivalent analytical related field
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Intermediate skills in Outlook
  • Intermediate skills with Thomas and Company
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Access
